1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the kc4444 platform, including the website located at kc4444.biz, all associated subdomains, mobile-optimised versions of the site, and all products and services offered through the kc4444 platform (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the Platform, registering a kc4444 account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or participating in any promotion, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be legally bound by them. 3. Account Registration

Failure to provide satisfactory verification documentation within a reasonable time may result in suspension of withdrawal rights or account closure.

3.4 Account Closure by Player

Players who wish to close their kc4444 account may do so by contacting kc4444 support. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Any verified balance remaining in the account at the time of closure will be returned to the player's registered payment method, subject to standard withdrawal processing conditions and identity verification requirements.

4. Account Security & Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your kc4444 login credentials, including your registered mobile number and account password. kc4444 recommends that players:

5.1 Deposits

5.2 Withdrawals

5.3 Currency & Exchange

Players who operate in both BDT and INR within a single kc4444 account should be aware that currency conversion, where applicable, will be performed at the rate displayed on the Platform at the time of the transaction. kc4444 is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations between the time a bet is placed and the time a withdrawal is processed.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

kc4444 offers welcome bonuses, reload promotions, cashback offers, and cricket-specific promotional events from time to time. All promotions are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time the offer is made, in addition to the following general bonus conditions:

• Bonuses are available to verified kc4444 account holders only. Players who hold multiple accounts are not eligible for any bonus offer.
• Each promotion will specify its minimum qualifying deposit, wagering requirement multiplier, eligible games or markets, and expiry date. Players must satisfy the stated wagering requirement before any bonus balance becomes withdrawable.

7. Betting Rules & Sports Markets

All sports betting activity on kc4444 — including live cricket betting on BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments, and bilateral series involving the Bangladesh Tigers — is subject to the following general betting rules:

7.1 Bet Acceptance

A bet is not considered accepted until kc4444 has issued a confirmed bet reference. Bets placed during a period of technical disruption — including website outages, odds feed errors, or payment processing failures — may be voided at kc4444's discretion. The display of odds on the Platform does not constitute a guarantee of acceptance of any bet at those odds.

7.2 Bet Amendments & Cancellation

7.3 Live Betting

In-play betting markets at kc4444 are available on selected cricket matches and other sporting events. Live odds reflect rapidly changing match conditions and kc4444 reserves the right to suspend live markets without notice. Bets placed on suspended markets will not be accepted. kc4444 accepts no liability for bets that could not be placed due to a live market suspension.

7.4 Maximum Winnings

kc4444 applies maximum payout limits per bet, per event, and per day. These limits are displayed on the betting interface and may vary by sport, market type, and bet size. Winnings that exceed applicable maximum payout limits will be capped at the stated maximum regardless of the stated odds at the time the bet was placed.

8. Casino & Slot Game Rules

The kc4444 Casino and Slots products — including live dealer games from Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and Ezugi, and slot titles from Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe — are subject to the rules of each individual game as supplied by the game provider. In the event of a discrepancy between game-level rules and these Terms, the game provider's rules shall take precedence for that specific game.

In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or server error during a casino or slot session, kc4444's system records shall be the authoritative source for determining the outcome of any affected round. kc4444 will endeavour to resolve disputes arising from game malfunctions fairly and in a timely manner.

9. Prohibited Conduct

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the kc4444 Platform — including but not limited to the kc4444 brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, software interfaces, game imagery, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of kc4444 or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, publish, or create derivative works from any kc4444 content without express prior written permission from kc4444. Unauthorised use of kc4444 intellectual property may result in legal action.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kc4444 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive losses or damages arising from:

• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any feature thereof;
• Any error, omission, inaccuracy, or delay in the display of odds, game results, or account balances;
• Any unauthorised access to your kc4444 account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security;
• Losses arising from bets placed during a live market disruption;
• Actions taken by third-party payment providers in processing deposits or withdrawals.

12. Responsible Gaming

14. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. kc4444 operates in accordance with its platform policies and aims to resolve all player disputes fairly and promptly.

In the event of a dispute regarding a bet outcome, payment, or account action, the player should first contact kc4444 support with a detailed description of the issue and any supporting evidence. kc4444 will investigate and respond within a reasonable timeframe.
